Rescheduling & Session Fee Policy

Life happens, and I completely understand that plans can change. If you’re feeling unwell (including COVID-19) or if weather isn’t cooperating, we’ll simply reschedule your session — no penalty at all.

Please note that session fees are non-refundable. However, you’ll receive a 100% credit that can be applied to a future session. The full credit is valid for 12 months from your original session date, giving you flexibility to rebook when the timing is right.

If you need to reschedule, just send me a quick email or text and we will work together to find the next best date and time.
